You agree that you are responsible for the article you submit. This means you must be sure there are no copyrights on the text you submit.
There are no guarantees that your spell will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your spell. If published, we reserve the right to remove any spell at any time.
We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your spells if we find them to be classified wrong. NOTE: Instructions for recommending a new category name are at the top of the Article Submission page.
By submitting your articles to www.spells4free.net, you agree to allow us to: Publish the spell on www.spells4free.net and any of its site partners. Publish your spell in RSS format for other websites to syndicate. Publish your article in our real-time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
You agree that www.spells4free.net is a free service for anyone. You will not be paid for submitting your spells to our sites.
You agree not to include any affiliate links in the body of submissions. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your domain and link it in your resource box.
www.spells4free.net may at any time translate your spells into various languages for our sister sites. Your spells will remain complete with your resource box.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our newsletter.
We reserve the right to include advertising on any pages on this site, including pages that display your articles.
You must not add any external links in your spells or text. You may write “site.com” but not add an actual link.
You must respect the potential copyright of each author whose spells you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to the Resource box.
You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any spells not written by you.
You agree never to use any spells obtained from www.spells4free.net in any form of spam and/or unsolicited mail or email.
You agree not to publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racism, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
You agree never to sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

If you have an issue with someone plagiarizing/stealing your original work, please get in touch with us. We will remove the article in question immediately upon proof of copyright.
