Healing spell

Preferably on a Saturday night(day of banishing) get something to contain fire on a sheet of paper write what it is you have (Cold, Sores, Aches, Pains) Light a red and black candle.
Breathe, think about what you want gone. Imagine how your life is gonna be after its gone, feel happy, smile. Imagine what your gonna be doing when its gone. Hold that for a while. Set the paper on fire, first by the black candle and rush so the red can burn it too. Throw a little bit of salt on it. Recite 4 times

“Burn in the eternal flames of hell,
leave me now leave me well.
By candle flames and salt that cleanses,
im now free, im now healed and healthy.”

Go to sleep, the next day Sunday morning get a green and blue candle. Hold them in your hands, visualize your self happy and (Cold, Sore, Ache, Pain) free, feel the happiness and then enchant them by saying 3 times

“Green and blue,
Blue and gree.
Complete the spell,
Healed and healthy. “

Let them burn for 1 hour.
